6. Payment Terms

Project pricing and payment schedules are defined in individual contracts. Standard terms include a deposit before work commences, milestone-based payments, and a final payment upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the project agreement.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and skill. The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors or that results from any project will meet specific business objectives not documented in the project scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
